Planted with natives outside and fully fenced (fenced either side of the front of the house with gates (not shown in video as work done after we bought). Large, carpeted and mostly insulated double garage with built in laundry and fibre to the property. We're currently only looking at what is out there and are not hugely motivated to move. We are originally from the Kapiti Coast/Wellington region and would consider swapping for roughly the same value depending on location/property.
